OID – Osservatorio Immobiliare Digitale provides training, services, and support to its members to foster professional competencies, drive improvement initiatives, and facilitate career development. It is constituted as an association.

Membership is restricted exclusively to Real Estate Agents. A core component of OID's operations involves observing and analyzing the real estate market, as well as the sector's leading economic players. Thanks to a partnership established with NAR – the National Association of Realtors – professional training occupies a central position within OID's service portfolio. The agreement, finalized in the U.S. with the prestigious NAR School of Training, has opened the doors for Italian Real Estate Agents to access the world's foremost industry association—an organization comprising no fewer than nine recognized institutes, a real estate academy, and a university faculty. This pivotal partnership between OID and NAR offers real estate professionals the opportunity to become "Realtors," thereby acquiring prestigious international certifications and designations valid in 85 countries worldwide. Furthermore, it facilitates continuous professional development through courses, seminars, and webinars that remain constantly up-to-date and are conducted in direct coordination with the U.S. headquarters. In Italy, OID serves as the sole authorized representative providing access to NAR's educational programs, promoting the courses, seminars, and online training that pave the way to obtaining these highly coveted international designations.
